I’ve been using the Urban Daypack for a couple of weeks now and very happy with my purchase. The backpack capacity is great, fitting a laptop and a spacious inner area with very useful inner compartments. The straps are comfortable and easy to carry all day long. The only issues I find are that it takes a while to get used to the closing and opening of the main latch and it opens too easily, also that the back panel isn’t too breathable, so the back can get warm quick, depending on each person. Overall I’m very happy with the backpack.

Before the bag was delivered, I issued a refund with mopak support. They gave me an address in Savannah, Georgia where I then sent my unopened package to that address through FedEx and emailed mopak support that tracking number. The following week it delivered and I have yet to receive a confirmation of my submission, not even a refund issued to my payment card. I have since submitted a support request about the issue on their website and still nothing
If anything the only time I heard back from mopak was when they sent me an email asking me to review the same bag that I issued the refund for. This feels like a sick joke. Mopak did I get scammed out of 88 dollars? I would love AT LEAST a confirmation so I can move on with some closure. This is absolutely ridiculous
