Materials are beautiful

The bag is pretty awesome.. Pricey for what you get. I bought it on sale for $99, and I think it's definitely worth that (it's not worth the full pice of $150). It's a bit snug for 17L but does great as a work EDC for me. Looks professional, and the materials are reasonable. I did notice that the front fabric crumples easily..

I ordered a product almost a month a go and it still has not arrived. Soon after getting the tracking code, I saw that my package had to be relabelled with a new tracking code and have reached out to your support email for a new tracking number. I have left three emails and have only recieved one reply from your support team which suggested they had not even read my issue, and I have still not recieved a new tracking number, and the product has still not arrived in time for the trip I wanted it for. Based on the above I can only conclude that I have been scammed.
